Computer repairs, upgrades, sales and online repair

Sometimes it is impossible to Start your PC which renders any repair we do on-line as impossible.

In these cases we offer support by telephone and will talk you through your problem and try to get your PC started.

Our standard rate applies. £20.00 per hour and it is charged pro rata. If we talk for 15 minutes then we will charge just £5.00.

The system works like this.

To obtain telephone support, you buy one hour for £20.00. Once we have completed the support we add the minutes and refund the difference.

Once again we employ our no fix-no fee policy and therefore if we cannot get your PC started we will reffund ALL payment for that session.
